RETURNS OR EXCHANGES? The item must be unworn and returned with all goodies inside the package.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the issue was on our end (wrong size or item shipped, or damaged goods not caused by the shipping carrier).
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by USPS or any shipping service. Any issues of that nature must be filed directly with the carrier through a shipping claim.
We are not responsible for covering replacement costs or lost items unless we determine it appropriate to do so.

Please allow ~3-4 weeks for preordered items to ship. If the order includes a preorder item, the entire order will ship with longest pre-order schedule.
